Customer Water Awareness and Engagement Lead and Brand Manager, Water Plus

Tim Sewell is an experienced customer engagement specialist who has worked in the business water retail sector for more than six years, including supporting the launch of Water Plus into the retail market in England, in April 2017. He has worked on campaigns to drive increased awareness and engagement with organisations with their water, along with highlighting water efficiency actions and energy and carbon links to water used at sites in the UK. Previous roles have seen Tim involved in the development and growth of blue-chip brands in the UK.

Water Plus is a multi-award winning business water retailer - and supporter of the Global Good Awards 2023 – providing customer service, meter reading and billing for water and wastewater services in England and Scotland. It won a UK Customer Satisfaction Award in 2023 and a Global Gold for Water Management in the Green World Awards 2023, for its work with organisations around their water – following two National Sustainability awards in October 2022 and four Green Apple Environment Awards in November 2022.
