He has a wealth of experience successfully leading 50+ programmes where he has specialised at the intersection of energy, industry, and finance. These include creating low-carbon fuel supply chains (including for hydrogen) that provide a 20%+ discount vs market price, designing smart energy plans to drive cost and energy efficiencies, and working downstream to create customer offtake strategies. His specialism is in identifying the opportunities that shift sustainability from being a cost-centre (as pet project in the company or a defensive posture in regulation) into being a revenue amplifier that drives core growth.
