Co-founder, Toast Ale
Louisa co-founded Toast Ale in 2015, a circular economy craft brewery that uses surplus bread from bakeries to produce its beers. She is the Chief Operating Officer, managing the company's triple bottom line commitment to people, planet and profit, and ensuring the brand is true to its purpose: to end food waste over a pint. She is a certified management accountant with a background in sustainability consulting and marketing. She's passionate about using business as a tool for change through social enterprise, the B Corp movement and the circular economy.
Toast Ale has sponsored the beer for Global Good Awards ceremonies since 2019 and were GOLD winners of the Best Eco Start-up in 2018.
