Louisa is head of sustainability and systems change at Brandpie where she brings a positive impact approach to purpose driven business transformation. She brings over 10 years’ experience driving business as a force for good, and has played a critical role in setting up sustainability service lines in two different firms. Her experience includes strategy design and implementation, non-financial reporting, ESG assurance, culture change, coaching, facilitation, co-creation and leadership. She is passionate about helping organizations to harness their unique skills and resources to create positive impact, navigate complexity, and shift mindsets and systems.
