Laura is currently a Director of Sustainable Futures for Capgemini Invent, the innovation arm of the consulting firm Capgemini, leading a team operating at the forefront of sustainability, corporate strategy, and technology. She works across major UK corporate clients in the consumer product, retail, energy, and financial services sectors. Her current focus is on scaling sustainable consumption, helping large organisations reimagine their contribution to society, discover how they can adapt their business models and create net positive, regenerative value across the entire ecosystem.
Laura’s key expertise includes purpose strategy development, sustainable innovation, and behaviour change. She holds a strong track record of designing and implementing environmental impact and engagement programs in various subject matter topics for FTSE 100 and working with NGOs.
Before joining Capgemini, Laura was part of the M&S Sustainable business team (Plan A) and held a global role in Unilever’s Sustainable Business team where she was responsible for the development and implementation of solutions addressing a wide spectrum of climate- related corporate challenges including – transparency and traceability, sustainable nutrition and agriculture, food waste, circular business models, etc.
