As the People Lead for City to Sea, Hetti Dysch is a passionate keeper of culture, wellbeing and diversity. By prioritising progression and inclusion, she supports the environmental charity to deliver results. Also an experienced wilderness facilitator, she delights in getting the team out into nature to help connect their everyday work with the organisational mission of preventing plastic pollution at source. Recruitment oversight, retention, policy development and strategic workforce planning are her day-in, day-out and as a trained coach she also is available for individual and team coaching. Thanks to City to Sea being a 4-day week employer, Hetti can spend her Friday’s plein-air painting.
