Benafsha (Bee) joined the UN Global Compact Network UK in 2015 and is the Head of the Network’s Social Sustainability programme. The Programme supports companies wanting to address issues such as modern slavery, diversity, equity and inclusion, human rights due diligence, and child labour. Previously, Bee worked at Aviva plc, where she was involved in drafting their modern slavery strategy. She was also employed by the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets Authority and the Prince of Wales’ International Business Leaders’ Forum (IBLF).
