Al Judge is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of AliKats, providing sustainable luxury mountain holidays in Morzine, France which he runs with his wife, Kat.

Together, they co-founded Montagne Verte, a non-profit association funded by the community it serves with a simple mission; develop solutions for the region of Morzine to reduce its environmental impact.

Al has recently been appointed as the sustainability strategy lead for Seasonal Business in Travel, a UK wide industry group.
